DOSAGE:  

ADULTS: Take 4 teaspoons (20 ml) twice daily. 

MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:  

Each 4 teaspoons contain: 

• Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) (seed) ——————- 100 mg 

            [Extract 7:1, DHE 700 mg] 

• Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) (root) ————————— 80 mg 

            [Extract 6.25:1, DHE 500 mg] 

• Date (Phoenix dactylifera) (dried fruit) ——————————— 50 mg 

            [Extract 6:1, DHE 300 mg] 

• Emblic (Emblica officinalis) (fruit) ————————————— 32 mg 

            [Extract 6.25:1, DHE 200 mg] 

• Ginger (Zingiber officinale) (rhizome) ———————————– 9 mg 

            [Extract 5.56:1, DHE 50 mg] 

• Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) (whole plant) —————————- 10 mg 

            [Extract 6:1, DHE 60 mg] 

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS: 

• Citric acid 
• Glycerin 
• Lychee flavour 
• Malt extract  
• Potassium sorbate 
• Sodium benzoate 
• Sugar (14g per 4 teaspoons) 

CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS: 

• Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. 
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes. 
• Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.  
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder. 
• Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness and/or stomach or abdominal pain occurs as these may be symptoms of liver disease.  
• Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience gastrointestinal upset persists and/or nausea.  

CONTRAINDICATIONS:  

• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. 

STORAGE: 

• Keep at room temperature in a dark, dry place.  
• Shake well before use.  
• Do not use if safety seal is broken.
