Herbion Cranfit Cranberry Granules are made with cranberry extract to help prevent recurrent Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs). Each sachet contains granules made with a potent blend of naturally sourced Cranberry powder extract (250 mg) and Vitamin C that can be taken by adults.

- Dissolve the contents of one sachet into a glass of cold or room temperature water (250 mL), and drink immediately.
