Recommended dose

Children and adolescents 6–13 years: 1 lozenge, 1–4 times daily.

Adolescents 14–18 years: 1 lozenge, 1–6 times daily.

Adults 19 years and older: 1 lozenge, 1–8 times daily.

Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Allow one lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth every two to three hours. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose for your age group.
