Medicinal ingredients per 20 mL: Fenugreek seed extract 100 mg; Ashwagandha root extract 80 mg; Date dried fruit extract 50 mg; Emblic (amla) fruit extract 32 mg; Ginger rhizome extract 9 mg; Gotu kola whole plant extract 10 mg. Non-medicinal: Citric acid, glycerin, lychee flavour, malt extract, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate and sugar (14 g per 20 mL).

Used in herbal medicine to help stimulate appetite; as a digestive tonic to aid digestion; and as a nutritive tonic. Ashwagandha is traditionally used in Ayurveda to relieve general debility, especially during convalescence or old age, and for memory enhancement.

Adults: Take 4 teaspoons (20 mL) twice daily. Shake well before use. Do not use if safety seal is broken. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you have diabetes, a liver disorder, or symptoms that persist or worsen. Avoid combining with alcohol or other sedative products.
