Medicinal ingredients per sachet: White willow bark 750 mg; Indian gooseberry (amla) fruit 400 mg; Malabar nut leaf 300 mg; Licorice root 200 mg; Wild violet leaf 105 mg; Tea leaf 100 mg; Valerian rhizome 100 mg; Sweet fennel fruit 75 mg; L-menthol 5.2 mg; Eucalyptus oil 4 mg. Non-medicinal ingredient: Cane sugar.

Licorice is traditionally used in herbal medicine as an expectorant to help relieve chest complaints such as catarrh, cough and bronchitis.

Adults: Take 1 sachet three times daily. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a cup of hot water or tea and sip slowly. Take at least 2 hours before or after other medications.
